Swedish Medtech, the Stockholm-based national medical technology industry association, has appointed Joacim Lindoff as its chairman. Mr Lindoff, chief executive of healthcare technologies and services group Getinge, replaces Mats Weibull, who had served on the association's board for five years. The appointment was made during Swedish Medtech's annual meeting, which took place on 15 April in Linköping in conjunction with a conference to mark the association’s 40th anniversary
